The next Amish Awareness Conference is just around the corner (March 26-28). We, as a committee, believe we have an excellent agenda lined up for English and former Amish. Our desire is for there to be a spiritual impact on those who attend and the lives they will impact in the days/weeks that follow. We know only through the power of our risen Savior will anything be accomplished for His kingdom. Would you pray with us daily for the conference and the hearts of those who will attend. Pray, too, for those who will be involved in the presentation of the Gospel through worship, Bible studies, and lessons.
So, you ask, how can I help? PRAY PRAY PRAY. After that, print and our flyer and bulletin inserts (http://www.amishawareness.com/promote-the-conference) and post it at your church and other points of interest in your neighborhood. Submit the information to free local newspapers and "community calendars." Tell your friends and neighbors. Especially your former Amish friends who may be struggling to adjust to this new and different culture. Plan "car pools" to attend. The opportunities are all around you.
You can also help us by becoming a 2015 Amish Awareness Sponsor. For more details, please go to http://www.amishawareness.com/sponsor-the-conference.
